5-Day Club Activity

5-Day Club Activity

Our Mission Statement: Child Evangelism Fellowship® is a Bible-centered, worldwide organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.

There are so many ways to partner with us at CEF of Linn County:

Host a 5-Day Club

You are needed to win boys and girls to the Lord Jesus right in your own neighborhood through a 5-Day Club®. During the summer, CEF of Linn County can help you host a 5-Day Club at your home, a nearby park, or other location. Invite boys and girls, provide a snack, and let us do the rest. Our well-trained teachers and volunteers will lead your club in a fun-filled, hour-long Bible lesson. If you’re a church, we can help you host a 5-Day VBS Club in your community, too. Adopt a School

If every public elementary school student in the United States could join a Good News Club®, we could revolutionize our culture in one generation!

Many churches have caught this vision and have partnered with CEF® to adopt a school as their mission field. They pray for the children, recruit teachers, and seek ways to promote the club to the elementary children in the school. Once their team is assembled, CEF comes alongside to provide the training and materials to make the club a success. Contact us today to find out more.

Join A Prayer Team

We define a prayer team as "two or more persons meeting at a definite time each week to pray for the ministry of CEF." Whether as a duet, trio, or orchestra, gathering in this way gives full scriptural authority to claim the special presence of the Lord Jesus Christ in the midst (Matthew 18:19-20). We have groups that meet weekly to pray for the ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship and for the children’s salvation. Contact us to find out more about joining a prayer team or starting one of your own.

Presently, we meet at the office for one hour of prayer every Thursday from 10:00-11:00. Contact us to find out more about joining a prayer team or starting one of your own.

Volunteer

From teachers and helpers to clerical workers and snack providers, volunteers are the backbone of CEF. If you have talents that you’d like to share, we want to hear from you. We have a great need for volunteers who would serve on our local committee to help oversee the ministry – taking care of the inner workings and its outreach to children. Inner workings are day-to-day finances, seeing that we keep the necessary governance of the ministry, and helping meet our mission and vision statements. We need passionate believers to join the vision of CEF to reach the next generation with the Gospel of Christ. You can be involved in moving the ministry forward. You can make an impact in the lives of children through using your skills for the Lord. Contact us today to see how you can be a part of CEF of Linn County.
